Our story
A brokerage built one conversation at a time.
We're an independent brokerage in the Mortgage Centre Canada network, serving Ottawa and the Valley from offices in Kanata, Carleton Place and Petawawa. Since January 1999 our team has managed the mortgage needs of thousands of families, first-timers, builders, investors and business owners — overseeing transactions amounting to billions of dollars.
What we actually sell is judgment. Rates matter, and we fight for them, but a mortgage is more than its rate: it's the penalty clause you never read, the prepayment room you'll want in three years, the lender who understands self-employed income. Our job is finding the financial product that fits your long-term plans — then explaining it in plain language until you're comfortable signing it. And because a mortgage is usually the largest financial vehicle a household carries — a 25-to-30-year commitment, not a one-day transaction — we stay with you every step and every stage of the way along your mortgage journey, planning your debt as your life changes.
We do it with one credit pull, not five. Every client's financial situation is as unique as their fingerprint, so we don't broadcast your file across the market: we deliberately match it to the right lender and the right product — bank, credit union, monoline, alternative or private — and negotiate on your behalf. You can meet us by phone, by video, or in person — at the office or wherever suits you.
